Description
Située à Saint-Urbain, La Ferme Basque de Charlevoix est une ferme agrotouristique spécialisée dans l’élevage de canards et la fabrication artisanale de foie gras et de produits dérivés inspirés des traditions basques. Les visiteurs peuvent découvrir les installations extérieures de la ferme de façon autonome grâce à des panneaux d’interprétation, puis visiter la boutique où sont proposés différents produits de canard et spécialités gourmandes. L’établissement fait également partie de la Route des Saveurs de Charlevoix.
